Glass, a form of Mexican Meth has Kristina addicted and will do anything to get high on drugs. The sequel picks up where Crank left off and Kristina is living at home with her mother in Reno. She has a baby but she continues to think about getting high. Since she has a baby to care for she decides she will control the drug and not vice versa. However, the drug is too strong and has once again taken control of her. Kristina is kicked out of her house and her baby gets hurt while she is caring for her. Her problem worsens as she begins to deal for the Mexican Mafia.
