There was a girl with no mother and father. When suddenly an ogre came knocking at the town gate threatens to destroy the town. The ogre tells the people if they give him a fair maiden he will not destroy their town. The people all agree to give the poorest girl in town. They dress the girl in a gown and put a paper crown on her head and leave her for the ogre. However, the girl outsmarts the Ogre and the townspeople. She earns herself a purse full of gold, a sharp sword, and a name for herself; Good-Enough-To-Eat.
